Only use it when I've missed the postman. Find it difficult at times to retrieve my items due to the opening hours and the fact that I work shifts.
Actually prefer it at Christmas time as the opening hours are extended.

His attitude was pretty much "Its raining outside, what do you want me to do about it?" then when I got annoyed with his attitude towards me I raised my voice a bit telling him he had a duty of care when delivering the mail but then he threatens to call the cops and have me removed. Since when did making a rightful complaint become a bloody crime? I am so sorry I hurt your precious feeling you big sensitive snowflake maybe you shouldn't be a manager if you can't deal with complaints. If you are delivering people's personal mail in poor weather conditions you could put it in a bag that protects it from the elements or some sort of trolly, its not my job to be coming up ideas to make sure peoples things are delivered safely. You have a god damn duty of care as a carrier to deliver the stuff the way the sender sent it. If royal mail can't deliver the mail intact then maybe they should not be in the industry. Also I am getting sick of envelops marked with big red letters saying "DO NOT BEND" being folded in half and put through the door. It shows a blatant disregard for peoples stuff and a lacklustre work ethic on behalf of the carriers to do there job properly. Sorry for the rant but it pisses me off that these companies can do what ever they want and we have to just shut up and take it. I have made a compliant to head office but nothing will be done tbh.
