I contacted Green Deal Savings on Monday 8th June regarding the positioning of Isolator switch and meter (just above skirting board) making it unsatisfactory for myself or my wife to be able to take any readings, as we are both physically unable to get down to floor level to read to meter. He was also informed that the least we would require would be to have the Landis & Gyr E110 meter raised vertically by approx. 3ft 6in. We were informed by our appointed Contact (Gio), that unfortunately Neil is working ‘down south’ for the next two weeks but will get him to rectify the situation for us on his return.
No action has been carried out so yesterday [ 22nd June ] I again requested the installer attend to alter the location of the Meter.
Today ] 23rd June ] the latest info from Green Deal Savings is that the Installer is AGAIN working down south for the next two weeks and will not be able to attend until after he returns.
As I say - MOST UNIMPRESSED, MOST UNSATISFACTORY and cannot find any rating which would properly justify my thoughts at this moment
